Geneva Christen Refund Policy

Our commitment is to help our clients create success in their lives. If you do the full course work, and do not get value, or feel we’ve failed to deliver on our promise, submit a refund request before the deadline, and we will promptly refund the money you’ve paid us under this Agreement less any external fees subject to the following conditions:

Deadline to Apply for Refund:

To be eligible for a refund, you must be an Geneva Christen member who purchased a Video Course or Coaching Product, (downloadable digital products such as; eBooks, or Guides, are not eligible). You must submit your request, and submit course work via email, with thirty (30) days of your purchase of the product you are requesting a refund for. The deadline exists because if you sign up for any of our programs, we want you to get started. If you don’t plan on starting right away but want to sign up, we’d love to have you, but definitely make sure this is the right investment for you, as the refund does have a firm deadline. Completed Course Work: Once you've submitted a refund request, a team member will be in touch with you via email, sms, or phone, and ask for your completed course work (to make sure you gave it a go) and ask what didn’t work for you (so we can learn and improve). You must submit your course work to our team for review before the deadline.

Company Discretion

After you submit your materials, all refunds are within the Company’s sole discretion as to whether to grant or deny the refund request. Please do not enroll in our Vide Courses or Coaching Programs if you just want to “check it out.” We put an extraordinary amount of time and effort into them, and we expect you to do the same. Geneva Christen Coaching is for serious students only.

Hard Goods Refund Policy

If you have purchased a product or service and it comes with “hard goods” (for example, a T-shirt, Printed Book, or other tangible product) from Geneva Christen or any related brands, you may receive a limited refund if you comply with the following conditions: You must request a refund in writing by submitting a refund request form; Your request for a refund must be made within sixty (60) days of your purchase; You must return the hard goods to Geneva Christen Coaching immediately, according to the shipping and other instructions you will receive by email after requesting a refund; The hard goods must be returned to Geneva Christen Coaching in like new, unused condition, as determined by Geneva Christen’s sole, reasonable discretion. If hard goods are not returned, we will deduct $75.00 from your refund to cover cost of hard goods.
